You’ll get simple, yet effective, strategies to bring your ideas, your purpose, and vision to life. You will become more resilient during times of uncertainty and change and will see how to build trust no matter what’s happening around you.

This course is our flagship, stand-alone intensive for leadership, personal, and professional development. For leaders interested in coaching tools, it is also the foundational module of the ICF-accredited ACE Professional Coach Training Program.
What to expect
What the course is and is not
This course is transformational - not an informational seminar, traditional training, or networking conference. It will teach you to observe and go beyond your personal stopping points, so you can lead (your life) in an inspiring way to make the difference you are really here to make. To give you and your fellow participants all you came for, we require that you attend the full course.
An empowering space for transformation
Just as a caterpillar becomes a butterfly and cannot revert to a caterpillar, you will have the chance to have a transformation: not a “change” or a “peak experience,” but a lasting shift in how you see and do things. The course will be rigorous, fun, and challenging, and we promise that at all times you will be treated with dignity and respect. You may at times sense discomfort as you examine how you have seen and done things in the past. Just remember, this is a normal and natural response for anyone creating a new pathway for authentic success!
A focus on self-leadership
In this course, you will see how to use your personal transformation to make your fullest contribution as a leader in your organization and the world. While we will focus on the self rather than others or the system we operate in. We will support and encourage you to see how you can apply the principles and skills of the course to better serve your organisation, the people around you or the world in general.
Our approach
Your course leaders will coach you, not facilitate a group process. A coach is someone in whose presence people are freed up to see what is most important and meaningful, and are willing to take authentic action towards success.
Confidentiality
We keep all interactions in the course confidential, not disclosing the names or identities of any participants, except with their express permission. We ask you to do the same. This doesn’t prevent you from sharing what you get from the course.
Refraining from using alcohol or recreational drugs
We ask that you refrain from using alcohol or recreational drugs for the duration of this course. This does not include prescription medications you are taking. This course is neuroscientifically based, which means it creates new ways for your brain to process information, and mind-altering substances would disrupt this.
